RevRadar is a UK vehicle search and discovery platform operated by RevRadar Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). We are a search aggregator — we are not a vehicle dealer, marketplace, or party to any transaction between buyers and sellers.

By using RevRadar you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the Service. We may update these Terms at any time — continued use constitutes acceptance.

• A search aggregator that indexes publicly available vehicle listings
• A discovery tool that helps you find vehicles across multiple platforms
• A price comparison and deal scoring service
• An alert service for new matching listings

• A vehicle dealer or marketplace
• A seller or buyer of any vehicle
• Responsible for listing accuracy, vehicle condition, or seller conduct
• A party to any transaction you enter into
• An agent acting on behalf of any seller or platform

RevRadar operates as an automated data aggregator. We use software to collect publicly available vehicle listing data from third-party platforms including AutoTrader, Gumtree, eBay Motors, PistonHeads, CarGurus, Motors.co.uk, and Facebook Marketplace. This process involves automated collection of publicly accessible data, commonly referred to as web scraping. We collect only factual listing data (vehicle details, price, location, images) and do not collect or store any personal data from listings such as seller names, phone numbers, or email addresses. RevRadar is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with any of these platforms unless explicitly stated.

Listings on RevRadar are sourced from third-party platforms including AutoTrader, Facebook Marketplace, eBay Motors, PistonHeads, CarGurus, Motors and others. We display summary information only. Every listing links directly to the original platform.

We make no warranties regarding:

• Accuracy or completeness of any listing
• Current availability of any vehicle
• Vehicle condition, history, or description
• Whether prices are current or have changed
• Whether a seller is legitimate or trustworthy

Our deal scoring feature compares listing prices against average prices in our database. This is:

• For informational guidance only
• Not financial, valuation, or professional advice
• Based on our own database which may not reflect current market conditions
• Not a guarantee of value or fair price

Do not rely on deal scores when making purchasing decisions. Always obtain independent valuations.

Deal scoring and price analysis features are provided for informational purposes only. They are based on RevRadar's own dataset and algorithms and do not constitute financial, purchasing, or professional advice. Always conduct your own research before making any vehicle purchase decision.

To access saved searches and alerts you may create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate registration information
• Keep your credentials confidential
• Notify us immediately of unauthorised access
• Take responsibility for all activity under your account

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms without notice.

Our alert service notifies you when new listings match your saved criteria. We do not guarantee:

• Timing or frequency of alerts
• That all matching listings will be detected
• Continuous availability of the service
• That alerted listings will still be available when you view them

You may delete saved searches and unsubscribe at any time. We are not liable for missed alerts or delayed notifications.

RevRadar offers a free tier and two paid subscription tiers. The free tier lets you search, view listings, and save a limited number of searches. The paid tiers add features such as more saved searches, email alerts, and flip/resale analysis.

• Free — £0. Core search and a limited number of saved searches, with a weekly email digest.
• Pro — £9.99 per month. Adds unlimited saved searches, a daily alert digest, and flip analysis.
• Dealer — £29.99 per month. Adds real-time (5-minute) alerts on top of everything in Pro.

If you joined during our beta, your Pro price is locked at £8.99 per month for as long as your subscription remains continuously active. If you cancel and later resubscribe, the then-current standard price applies.

• Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
• Paid plans renew automatically each month until you cancel. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay.
• You can cancel at any time from your account (via the Stripe customer portal). Cancellation stops future renewals; your paid features continue until the end of the period you've already paid for.
• Payments are generally non-refundable except where required by law (for example, your statutory cancellation rights). If you believe you've been charged in error, email us.
• We may change subscription prices or features with reasonable notice to existing subscribers. Beta price locks are honoured as described above.

VAT is included where applicable. RevRadar Ltd is the merchant of record for these subscriptions.

You must not:

• Use RevRadar for any unlawful purpose
• Scrape, copy, or systematically extract our data or interface
• Attempt to access systems or data without authorisation
• Use automated tools to access the Service without written permission
• Reverse engineer or copy our platform
• Upload malicious code or interfere with our systems
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
• Use the Service to harass, harm, or defraud others
• Attempt to circumvent any security measures
• Use the Service commercially without our written consent
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from RevRadar by automated means without prior written permission
• Use RevRadar data to train machine learning models or build competing aggregation services

We reserve the right to block access to any user who violates these terms.

The RevRadar name, logo, design, code, and original content are owned by RevRadar and protected by UK copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Vehicle listing content (descriptions, photos) belongs to the original platforms and/or sellers. We do not claim ownership of third-party content.

If you are a seller, dealer, or platform operator and wish to request removal of a specific listing from RevRadar, you may submit a request via our listing removal page or by emailing [email protected]. We review all requests and aim to action legitimate removal requests within 48 hours. Bulk or platform-level removal requests should be directed to the same email address. Submitting a removal request does not guarantee removal — we will assess each request on its merits.

RevRadar links to external platforms. We:

• Have no control over third-party content, policies, or availability
• Accept no responsibility for transactions on third-party platforms
• Are not affiliated with AutoTrader, Meta, eBay, or other platforms unless explicitly stated
• Cannot guarantee that linked platforms will remain available

Your use of third-party platforms is governed by their own terms and conditions. Always read them before transacting.

RevRadar earns commission through affiliate programmes. Some links and prompts on the platform are affiliate links, including our partners carVertical (vehicle history checks), DeliverMyMotor (vehicle delivery), and AutoAid (breakdown cover), as well as other automotive services. If you click one and make a purchase, RevRadar may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.

These commercial relationships do not influence which listings we show you or how they are ranked — listing results are driven by your search, not by who pays us. Affiliate links are clearly presented as third-party services, and we don't endorse any specific product unless we say so explicitly. When you click through to a partner, their own terms and privacy policy apply.

• Never pay a deposit before viewing a vehicle in person
• Be suspicious of prices significantly below market value
• Verify the seller's identity independently
• Never send bank transfers to unknown parties
• Check vehicle history with an HPI check before purchase
• Meet sellers in safe, public locations

RevRadar accepts no liability for fraud or scams perpetrated by third-party sellers.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Listings are accurate, complete, or current
• The Service is free from viruses or harmful components
• Search results will meet your requirements

To the maximum extent permitted by English law, RevRadar shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, or consequential loss
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Any transaction you enter into as a result of using the Service
• Inaccurate or outdated listing information
• Service interruptions or data loss
• Actions of third-party sellers or platforms

Our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed £100.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any matter that cannot be excluded by law.

RevRadar is currently in beta. This means the platform is still under active development. Features may change, data may be incomplete or inaccurate, and service interruptions may occur. By using RevRadar during the beta period you acknowledge these limitations. We will notify registered users of any significant changes.

You agree to indemnify and hold RevRadar harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice or liability. We may change features, remove data sources, or alter functionality without compensation.

We may terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms. On termination, your right to use the Service ceases. Clauses that by their nature should survive termination will do so.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
